Bio

Nicole Taylor is a CGI | VFX Artist with over 8 years of professional experience in 3D rendering. She’s worked at visual effects, animation, and virtual reality studios - culminating into a wide range of skills as a CG generalist.

She’s most passionate about enhancing her skills as a Speedtree asset artist and lighting artist. She specializes in creating high fidelity 3D trees to match to plate, to build out set extensions, or to design full CG environments. Her photorealistic foliage is showcased in major productions like The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2. Among her co-workers, she’s garnered the nickname The Digital Arborist.

With her personal work, she is inspired by the whimsy in small moments that are often overlooked. Her vision is to share her art and connect humans in the same way that a forest floor weaves a network of roots.

Beyond her craft, she enjoys rollerblading, gardening, hiking, cooking, traveling, and thrill-seeking.

Inspired by nature. Created by pixels.
